We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to drive complex Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions from concept to industrialization. Your Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex EV charging projects, spanning both hardware and software development Guide cross-functional, multi-location teams through all product lifecycle phases - from concept to industrialization Maintain a holistic project view (technical, financial, and commercial), while deep-diving into details when needed Own and drive scope, schedule, cost, and performance targets, ensuring successful execution Establish and enforce robust requirements management and validation strategies to ensure quality and compliance Provide clear, structured project reporting to C-level stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment Proactively identify risks, manage changes, and ensure traceability across all project activities Your Background
Degree in Engineering or a strong technical background (Electrical, Software, Power Electronics, or similar) 7+ years of project management experience in embedded hardware/software environments Proven ability to lead complex product development projects with cross-functional and international teams Strong affinity for emerging technologies and the EV ecosystem Resilient, adaptable, and creative - able to perform in dynamic, fast-paced environments Highly proactive with a problem-solving mindset and strong ownership mentality Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders In the Product & Hardware department, we focus on designing and building top-quality charging products through dedicated platform and product programs. The Hardware Platforms Group manages platform programs and related competence centers, delivering new programs and deploying hardware competencies across programs.
