Project Manager - Renewables

Our client, a leading international energy company that is building the foundations of future-focused, environmentally friendly technologies through long-term investments in renewable energy sources, is looking for an independent and experienced Project Manager who is eager to actively contribute to creating a better tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and managing international investment projects in the field of renewable energy, with a focus on solar power plants
• Preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating technical, project, and investment documentation, and participating in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals
• End-to-end management of processes, from the development phase and investment decision-making to execution and handover of the project into operation
• Leading, coordinating, and supervising project teams, and effectively allocating tasks and responsibilities
• Organizing and coordinating external contractors, including monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality of execution
• Close cooperation with other departments and companies within the entire division
• Ensuring quality of execution in accordance with technical standards, project requirements, and best practices
• Ensuring project compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and internal standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant technical field
• Proven experience in managing complex and financially significant projects in an international environment
• Willingness to work in the field and experience with operational monitoring of projects at various locations
• Good knowledge of renewable energy; experience with solar power plants is an advantage
• Experience in leading, coordinating, and organizing diverse project and execution teams
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic
• Strong proactivity and ability to work independently and make decisions
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with a strong sense for working with people and effective communication
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
