With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and long-term investments, the group manages projects across multiple countries and works closely with industrial partners and public stakeholders.
Project Manager Photovoltaic Plants
The professional will be part of the Project Management division and will be responsible for managing complex energy and plant-related projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from development and execution to commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of medium to high complexity projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Independent preparation of project plans covering both development and implementation phases
- Coordination of permitting and authorization processes, including conditions, approvals, and technical and investment documentation
- Supervision of construction, commissioning, start-up, and final handover activities
- Coordination and supervision of contractors and subcontractors involved in project execution
- Management of procurement processes and support in the selection of service providers and equipment suppliers
- Preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with contractors, ensuring proper execution
- Qualitative, quantitative, and schedule control of projects, including KPI monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations (health & safety, environmental protection, fire safety)
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual project management reports
- Close collaboration with internal departments and companies within the Kelag International division
- Participation in the evaluation and development of new energy investments and projects
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with solid on-site experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong project and people management skills, proactive mindset, and high level of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to travel 1–2 days per week
