Tecnica Group is a company that promotes equal opportunities and values the diversity of its team. We welcome and evaluate all applications for open positions based on skills and suitability for the role, regardless of gender, ethnicity, nationality, cultural background, affectional and sexual orientation, marital status, disability, caregiving responsibilities, age, religion, or personal beliefs.

Position

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the execution of special projects on a global scale. This role will lead projects such as international pop-up openings, showroom set-ups, and events ranging from in-store trade activations to PR dinners and brand experiences. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams but will primarily coordinate external partners and suppliers—including production agencies, creative/design studios, and retail partners—to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand standards. You will join a fast-growing, creative, and international team, with exposure to diverse markets and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full execution lifecycle: production, installation, execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate the installation and opening of international pop-up stores and showroom set-ups.
  • Oversee the organization of events: in-store trade activations, PR dinners, press days, and immersive brand experiences.
  • Manage external suppliers and partners (production agencies, creative/design studios, retail partners), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, briefs and reports.
  • Oversee the production of branded gadgets, merchandise, and physical materials supporting campaigns and activations.
  • Ensure streamlined and effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain composure when managing multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and status documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing similar projects (events, retail activations, production, brand experiences), ideally within an agency or a brand with comparable complexity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of reactivity.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
  • Graphic skills and familiarity with CAD software are considered a strong plus.
  • Attitude, drive, and execution capability are key.
