A Change and Transformation Project Manager needed by a global manufacturing group on a major transformation program to lead high-impact operational footprint projects across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to step into an international program, working at the heart of manufacturing change with real visibility and influence.
What you’ll do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of operational footprint projects
- Partner with Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Finance to align priorities
- Manage documentation, approvals, and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Oversee governance, risks, and execution across multiple sites
- Travel up to 40% to manufacturing locations to support key milestones

Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Solid Project Management experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial settings
- Proven track record managing cross-functional, multi-workstream projects
- Strong documentation and reporting discipline
- Fluency in English – other EU languages Spanish / Italian / German or Polish a plus
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence at all levels
- OK for Travel up to 40% to manufacturing locations to support key milestones
