Project Manager - Manager

Your mission We are looking for a Project Manager with the skills necessary to lead complex projects related to the definition and implementation of sustainability strategies for client companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management and will work closely with internal multidisciplinary teams and client companies. Main Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and management of projects for the development and implementation of sustainability strategies through:
• Organization of the work necessary to ensure the achievement of planned objectives.
• Delivery of deliverables according to the timelines agreed with the client.
• Adherence to budget and deadlines.
• Analysis and evaluation of environmental data to support the definition of sustainability strategies.
• Collaboration with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitoring and reporting of project performance, with the preparation of reports for management and client companies.
• Project risk management and proactive resolution of complex issues.
• Supervision of project teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Maintenance and development of strong relationships with client companies.
  

Your profile Knowledge And Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in disciplines such as Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Economics and Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a Master’s program or specialized courses in Sustainability Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be considered an advantage.
• Sustainability Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sustainability regulations and standards.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing complex projects, preferably in the sustainability field.
• Language Skills:
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher, written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in Italian (C1 level or higher, written and spoken).
• Knowledge of French is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Use of project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• In-depth knowledge of ESG metrics and sustainability analysis tools (e.g., CCF, LCA).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 26000, EU Taxonomy).

Contractual arrangements and salary will be commensurate to the qualifications and skills of the successful candidate. Our policy is to build strong, lasting relationships which develop professional skills. The position is based in Milan, with on-site presence required approximately 3 days per week.
