Project Manager (m/f/d) Customer Service - Diabetes Care Germany
based in Wiesbaden
The Opportunity
- Lead and execute projects to optimize processes, systems, and service structures within Customer Operations
- Ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating internal departments and external partners
- Bridge project design and sustainable execution within ongoing operations
- Implement strategic service improvements in a sustainable, scalable, and compliant manner
- Align operational excellence with Abbott’s business objectives and quality standards
- Serve as a core interface between transformation projects and daily operations
What You'll Do
- Own assigned projects across Customer Operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and optimize customer service processes and workflows
- Lead workshops, meetings, and coordination routines
- Prepare reports, updates, and proposals
- Improve client satisfaction (NPS) and customer journey
- Manage stakeholders internally and externally
- Ensure service provider alignment with standards
- Collaborate with departments like IT, E-Commerce, CX, Market Access, Quality, Logistics, Sales & Marketing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service performance and customer satisfaction
TRAVEL : minimum of 20%
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field, with proven experience in customer service and coordination
- Valid Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP)
- Academic development (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or postgraduate) is a plus
- 4-5 years of project management or customer service experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors
- Track record of leading projects
- Experience with documentation, SOP governance, audits in regulated environments
- Background in regulated industries or matrix organizations
- Training in process or operations management (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft 365, Power BI
- Good IT system knowledge, experience with Salesforce.com, Magento, reimbursement systems
- Knowledge of OneStep and Magento Backoffice is a plus
- Diabetes or rtCGM product knowledge is a strong advantage
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Lean, Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience in automation or workflow projects is a plus
- Excellent Excel skills and hands-on approach
- Stakeholder collaboration skills
- Negotiation understanding
- Ownership, accountability, independent leadership
- Facilitation, problem-solving, decision-making skills
- Motivational and team coordination abilities
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
