Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience managing complex IT projects Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, technology transformation, or modernisation projects Proven experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, PMO functions, or IT Governance roles Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience applying Agile principles and managing Agile delivery teams Experience developing project plans, managing backlogs, monitoring project execution, and reporting project performance Experience coordinating procurement activities, including the preparation of RFI and RFP documentation Knowledge of IT architecture, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure environments Experience with requirements elicitation, requirements engineering, and business analysis Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams Experience working within international organisations, government institutions, or the public sector Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international environment Security clearance is required (Desirable) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification (Desirable) Experience supporting large-scale IT infrastructure modernisation programmes (Desirable) Experience working in NATO or NATO-related environments (Desirable) Knowledge of NATO policies, governance frameworks, and procurement processes (Desirable) Active NATO Secret Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) (Desirable) Experience working with distributed or geographically dispersed teams (Desirable) Familiarity with IT service management and governance frameworks Language(s): English (fluent)
Job description: Support the delivery of a multi-year IT infrastructure modernisation programme within the organisation Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project backlogs Monitor project execution, track progress against objectives, and identify risks and mitigation actions Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and management briefings Coordinate and contribute to the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services Apply Agile project management principles and practices to support effective project delivery Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies Coordinate activities across technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners Support requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to ensure project objectives are clearly defined Work closely with IT architecture, network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment of project deliverables Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle Support IT governance activities and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures Contribute to the successful implementation of modern computing, networking, and data infrastructure solutions
