IT Integration Project Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems.

Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards.

Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.

Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies.

Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting.

Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years of experience in three or more IT solution disciplines, with a strong background in Project Management, Finance & Budgeting.

Knowledge of global Retail & Commerce services, content management systems, RFP preparation, and project management frameworks.

Excellent English communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across nationalities, mediums, and temperaments.

Strong organization, prioritization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; proven experience in global and virtual team environments.

Nice to have:

Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) would be a plus.

Freelance:

Full remote – open to candidates based anywhere in Italy.

Employee:

Hybrid working model – once a week at one of our offices: Turin, Milan, Rome, or Bologna.

Employee:

Gross Annual Salary – Range: EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000.

Freelance / Independent Contractor:

Daily Rate – Range: EUR 200 – EUR 300/day.

The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
