Solutions Driven is partnering with the leading international provider of digital health solutions company to seek an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Milan .
The ideal candidate will support the alignment of strategic vision with operational execution, driving measurable impact across the organization. This position reports directly to the EU leadership team.
The successful candidate will oversee project execution through structured monitoring and control processes, standardize metrics across functions, and facilitate data-driven decision-making to enhance performance and ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program and project management initiatives
- Oversee portfolio management and progress tracking
- Execute grant-funded activities within scope, time, and budget
- Standardize operational processes and metrics across teams
- Enable and support data-informed decisions across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or operational control, Ideally from system integrators, IT consultancies, or boutique healthcare/digital consultancies in complex multi-country environments.
- Proven ability to bridge strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering data-backed insights
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools (e.g., Jira)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Able to operate in matrixed, and with international environment experience
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Ambulatory Information Systems (AIS) or healthcare IT solutions
- Fluent in English; Italian fluency required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, healthcare management, engineering, or a related field
