Your mission:


To comprehensively manage the construction projects of new centers within your geographical area—from the pre-acquisition phase to the final handover to Operations—ensuring compliance with budget, timelines, and quality standards, in coordination with the responsible Project Manager.


You will play an active role in a strategic expansion plan with a direct impact on the company’s growth.


What will you do on a day-to-day basis?


Pre-acquisition phase

  • Technical support to the Expansion team in asset analysis.
  • Preparation of proformas and technical feasibility studies.
  • Administrative and technical support until the asset is transferred to the construction team.


Project and permitting phase

  • Coordination with architecture and engineering firms.
  • Technical development and follow-up of projects.
  • Management and processing of permits.
  • Liaison with public administrations.


Construction phase

  • Technical supervision and periodic site visits.
  • Coordination and follow-up of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Control of planning, budget, and quality.
  • Supervision of regulatory compliance regarding safety and legal requirements.
  • Control and validation of construction certificates.
  • Management of utilities (before and during execution).


Handover phase

  • Coordination with the Operations department.
  • Progress tracking and internal reporting.
  • Final project delivery and documentation closure.


What are we looking for?


  • Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical construction management and project management.
  • Experience in permit management and dealings with public administrations.
  • Solid knowledge of urban planning, construction, and legal regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate external teams and suppliers.
  • High level of English is a plus.
  • Own vehicle and availability to travel.
