In this role you will drive development and platform projects in automotive air-conditioning, translating market insights into strategy and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, cost and quality targets. You will manage interdisciplinary teams, coordinate interfaces, and maintain transparency with stakeholders to support informed decision-making. You will operate within standardized processes to steer complex programs and contribute to cross-functional success. Responsabilità

• Engineering degree completed (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics) or comparable background
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in automotive
• Structured, quality- and cost-conscious with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong teamwork, communication, and intercultural competence
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
