Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of events, campaign shootings, and other brand projects
- Assisting in project management tasks, including timelines, logistics, and cross-team alignment
- Helping monitor budgets and production workflows across different activities
- Supporting the management of the Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates and customer care
- Assisting with inventory tracking, sample management, and coordination with showroom and PR partners
- Supporting the preparation and organisation of assets for campaigns, shoots, and press activities
- Ensuring smooth daily operations across creative, production, and digital tasks
