Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of events, campaign shootings, and other brand projects
  • Assisting in project management tasks, including timelines, logistics, and cross-team alignment
  • Helping monitor budgets and production workflows across different activities
  • Supporting the management of the Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates and customer care
  • Assisting with inventory tracking, sample management, and coordination with showroom and PR partners
  • Supporting the preparation and organisation of assets for campaigns, shoots, and press activities
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations across creative, production, and digital tasks

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in fashion, creative production, and brand operations.
