About us
Your profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Communications Engineering or a comparable technical field
- 2–3 years of experience in project management within renewable energy, PV, BESS or industrial automation
- Solid understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring solutions and power plant communication architectures
- Structured and independent working style with strong ownership mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands‑on mentality
- Customer‑oriented, solution‑driven and commercially aware
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within the EU South region
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken); additional Southern European language(s) are a plus

Your mission:
- Take full ownership of monitoring, SCADA and feed‑in management projects for PV, BESS and hybrid power plants across the EU South region
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
- Design and validate system architectures, ensuring technical feasibility and grid code compliance
- Act as the key interface between customers, sales, engineering and external partners
- Lead commissioning activities, perform basic configurations and troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare technical documentation and represent meteocontrol at customer meetings and industry events
