We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of plant equipment supply and existing equipment upgrades. You will ensure projects comply with technical specifications, customer contracts, and budget expectations. As the key point of contact, you will coordinate between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth execution from order placement to warranty expiration. The position will be based out of our Valrembo (BG) office in Italy. Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project execution from purchase order to warranty expiration. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, contract requirements, and budget constraints. Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal departments. Oversee project documentation, including internal and external reporting. Follow up on shipment, assembly, start-up, and warranty‑related interventions. Manage project risks and proactively address challenges. Facilitate smooth communication across different stakeholders. What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. At least two years of experience in project management within companies producing complex plants and equipment. Strong knowledge of technical specifications and contract management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Willingness to travel for short business trips. Strong problem‑solving and leadership capabilities. What We Offer

Individual Contributor role with the opportunity to manage international customer projects. Annual base salary ranging from EUR 41,000 to EUR 61,000 depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
