Your Mission

As Project Manager Energy Efficiency you will coordinate with other Operations team members, Sales team and external partners for the design and realization of EE projects, playing a key role in maintaining a high operability and profitability of GY in Italy.


A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Consultation and qualification of service providers , negotiation of commercial offers, placing of orders, contractual management of orders,
  • Monitoring the work, liaising with management and the technical departments at each site, taking delivery of the work and removing any reservations, delivery of installations with the expected performance, assessment and implementation.
  • Development of energy audits on different types of sites (commercial and tertiary buildings, logistics warehouses, food processing industries, etc.). Identifying the main potential measures for energy savings.
  • Proposal of actions to be implemented and project design (basic engineering, budgets, ROI, etc.)
  • Ensure full compliance with local and national regulations , technical standards guaranteeing projects that perform and endure.
  • Empower the Sales team by identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market insights .
  • Bridge the gap between technical precision , commercial ambition , and regulatory compliance — ensuring every project hits its full potential .
  • Oversee seamless documentation and handover processes , keeping all stakeholders aligned and projects moving smoothly forward .
  • Champion GreenYellow’s HSE Golden Rules and standards — because safety and sustainability always come first.
  • Continuously enhance internal design & management standards, tools, and processes — driving innovation and excellence across every project.


What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3+years of professional experience in Project Management of energy efficiency projects within services companies (EPC is a plus).
  • EE guy . Good technical understanding of EE technologies (refrigeration, steam, climate, lighting...).
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and incentive mechanisms supporting energy efficiency initiatives, including White Certificates (Titoli di Efficienza Energetica), the Thermal Account (Conto Termico) and F-gas Regulation .
  • Design /monitoring tools (i.e. Autocad, Edilclima) with MS Office proficiency.
  • Interpersonal skills . Ability to identify customer needs, proven competences in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter.
