Project Manager Digital Power

What will you do?

• Act as the main contact for the customer and the key figure for project execution.
• Ensure the project follows Schneider Electric Customer Project Process (CPP) best practices.
• Monitor and control project schedule, costs, financials, invoicing, cash flow, and quality.
• Perform daily risk management and pursue opportunities.
• Coordinate the engineering department (internal and external).
• Support expediting and testing department during construction and/or Factory Acceptance testing.
• Coordinate on‑site activities with the Service department and Site Manager.
• Finalize the project according to contractual requests and internal procedures (archive, lessons learned, CAPEX to OPEX).
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support tendering and selling department in negotiations, definitions, and sharing best‑practice lessons.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Italian.
• Clear customer‑oriented vision.
• Capacity to manage projects in difficult and stressful scenarios.
• Negotiation and mediation skills.
• Nice to have: previous technical experience and PMI certification.
