The role of Project Manager is a key leadership position, responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with company quality, environmental, safety, and health procedures
- Defining, maintaining, and monitoring project-specific procedures and quality assurance plans
- Providing project reporting and forecasting against project programs to clients and internally
- Reviewing and implementing project delivery strategies to meet company objectives and recommending revisions as needed
- Establishing and managing the project budget
- Responding to customer feedback
- Developing project delivery strategies proactively
- Delivering projects on quality, time, and budget
- Problem-solving attitude
Requirements
- Minimum of a degree (or equivalent) with proven track record in project delivery within project management
- At least 10 years' experience in project management in engineering firms
- Specific experience in delivering Data Center projects in Europe, greenfield and/or brownfield, above 20MW in the last 5 years
- Successfully managing hyperscale or colocation Data Center design projects in Europe with main international clients
- Experience managing multi-office projects
- Ability to plan, control, and monitor design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Providing support and mentorship to personnel to ensure professional standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and team-working skills
- Leadership and people management skills
Other requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian language fluency is essential
- Availability for frequent travel or short-term assignments abroad
- High safety awareness
