Project Manager Construction - PV & BESS

Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Project Manager for a leading international company in Renewables Energy sector.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects from NTP through commissioning, handover, and project close-out.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and control of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.

Responsibilitie

• sManage the full construction lifecycle of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects, from project kick-off through commercial operation
• .Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
• .Coordinate and manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• .Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• .Manage project reporting, including progress updates, budget tracking, risk registers, and executive-level presentations
• .Coordinate permitting, regulatory compliance, grid connection activities, and interactions with local authorities when required
• .Support procurement and contract management activities throughout the project lifecycle

Qualificatio

• nsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical disciplin
• e.Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure construction project
• s.Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS project
• s.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, scheduling, cost management, and contract administratio
• n.Experience working with EPC contracts and managing multiple contractors simultaneousl
• y.Fluent English required; additional languages are a plu
