Position Summary

GA-Alliance is seeking a Project Manager & Business Development Professional with a strong background in top-tier consulting or leading international professional services firms, to play a key role in the strategic development, coordination and growth of the GA-Alliance global network.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising the Alliance’s referral ecosystem, driving cross-border collaboration among member firms and actively contributing to the expansion and strengthening of the GA-Alliance network worldwide. GA-Alliance is a network of legal and tax firms around the world.

The ideal profile combines structured thinking, strong project management capabilities and a commercial mindset, with the credibility and communication skills required to engage effectively with senior professionals across jurisdictions and cultures.

Your primary goal isn't just to manage projects, but to manage and enlarge connectivity in order to maximize the value of the relationships on a global scale.

Profile

You are analytical, proactive and impact-oriented, with the ability to manage complex, multi-country initiatives and translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced, international environments, working with partners, executives and external stakeholders at senior level.

You bring a strong business development orientation, a natural networking ability and a genuine interest in building long-term value through relationships, collaboration and market positioning.

Key Focus Areas

The role will focus in particular on:

  • Strategic management and development of the GA-Alliance network
  • Design, coordination and optimisation of referral flows across member firms
  • Business development initiatives at Alliance level, including cross-border opportunities
  • Relationship management with existing and prospective member firms
  • Market and competitive intelligence within the international legal and professional services landscape
  • Project coordination across jurisdictions, practices and cultures

Key Requirements

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (essential)
  • Proven experience in top-tier consultancy firms or international professional services organisations
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Demonstrated business development and networking capability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while influencing and coordinating senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to the legal, advisory or professional services market is a strong advantage

Duties and Accountabilities

Working closely with GA-Alliance leadership and member firms globally, you will contribute directly to the strategic positioning and operational effectiveness of the Alliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring, managing and continuously improving the GA-Alliance referral model
  • Coordinating cross-border business development projects and initiatives
  • Identifying and supporting opportunities to expand and consolidate the Alliance’s global footprint
  • Acting as a central coordination point between member firms, leadership and key stakeholders
  • Preparing strategic analyses, reports and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Supporting Alliance-level initiatives related to branding, positioning and market visibility
