We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager Business Development to support our Managing Director. This role is ideal for a strategic, proactive professional capable of driving growth projects, contributing to strategic planning, and positioning Baoli EMEA for long-term success. The role offers high visibility at the executive level, suitable for candidates with strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates should have experience in corporate navigation within a large organization, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder management, preferably from a consulting background, with a results-driven approach to business development.

Tasks and Qualifications
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with the Managing Director to translate business goals into actionable projects.
- Lead initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and market expansion.
- Support strategic planning aligned with long-term objectives.
- Manage governance within the KION Group, ensuring compliance.
- Analyze data, prepare presentations, and support decision-making.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities.
- Drive organizational improvements and change management.
- Present reports and recommendations to leadership.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-6 years in business development, strategy, or consulting, ideally in a top firm.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analysis tools.
