We are seeking a **Project Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of plant equipment supply and existing equipment upgrades. You will ensure projects comply with technical specifications, customer contracts, and budget expectations. As the key point of contact, you will coordinate between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth execution from order placement to warranty expiration.**The position will be based out of our Valbrembo (BG) office in Italy**, from where you will be supporting our APAC-based clients.**Your Responsibilities:*** Coordinate and manage project execution from purchase order to warranty expiration.* Ensure compliance with technical specifications, contract requirements, and budget constraints.* Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal departments.* Oversee project documentation, including internal and external reporting.* Follow up on shipment, assembly, start-up, and warranty-related interventions.* Manage project risks and proactively address challenges.* Facilitate smooth communication across different stakeholders.**What you bring*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.* At least two years of experience in project management within companies producing complex plants and equipment.* Strong knowledge of technical specifications and contract management.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), another language proficiency is a big plus.* Willingness to travel for short business trips.* Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.*As an equal opportunity employer, Fuller embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
