About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager based in Italy , ideally near Milan , with willingness to travel nationally for key projects — including current work near Milan and an upcoming site in Cerignola (South Italy) .
This role suits an experienced BESS professional and self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, lightly structured environments. You’ll lead full project lifecycles, from design coordination through construction and commissioning, ensuring technical quality, timeline control, and cost efficiency.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of utility-scale BESS projects.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and performance targets.
- Track progress, budgets, and risks while maintaining alignment with company objectives.
- Engage closely with TSOs and grid operators for connection and compliance.
- Drive delivery excellence within a lean, high-performing project team.
What You Bring
- Proven Project Management experience in Renewable Energy , with BESS expertise essential.
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong autonomy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Fluent English; Italian language skills are a strong plus.
- EU work eligibility and flexibility to travel within Italy.
