Project Manager – Hyper Agile
Project Manager who has worked in a Hyper Agile environment. This is also very urgent and MOT position.
Language: Italian and English
Location: Preferably in Milan
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Agile Facilitation
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner.
- Team Leadership
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor team dynamics and accountability.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and negotiate scope changes.
- Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards.
