Role Summary
As a Project Manager for GTE Special Projects in the LNG industrial segment, you will lead, execute, and close end‑to‑end projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and HSE/quality standards. You will coordinate with top‑class customer representatives and the PM team in Avenza, Italy, driving risk mitigation, financial performance, and commercial negotiations. Key Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and HSE/quality standards. Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, planning, procurement, construction, HSE/quality, finance) to ensure seamless collaboration and accountability. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Serve as primary point of contact for the customer, managing relationships and resolving operational issues. Negotiate project variations and change orders directly with customer leadership to maximise value. Own project financials, drive strong outcomes across cost, margin and cash flow; lead forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Significant experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the LNG or industrial sector. Exposure to account management and day‑to‑day operations. Strong communication skills in English; ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders. Proven track record in delivering projects within scope, schedule and budget. Benefits
