Joining the Extended Scope team, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of complex projects, innovative products, related activities and resources. As CTS Project Manager you will manage project‑related activities and resources, ensuring financial, schedule and quality goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Driving your team and engaging all supporting functions to smoothly execute in compliance with contractual commitments.
- Being the go‑to person for project stakeholders and guiding opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes.
- Ensuring project financials, on‑time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets.
- Addressing and resolving any project‑related matters, from status reporting at all levels to risk mitigation to project close‑out.
- Acting as an innovator, creating execution models suitable for large EPC projects, including NPD content and external partnerships.
- Leading efforts to create suitable execution models for unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and external partnerships.
- Covering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs; preparing suitable DORs for partners; orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties; developing new processes to harmonize systems and procedures.
Qualifications
- Have a degree in engineering and 3‑years’ experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPC companies.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills; be fluent in English with solid presentation skills.
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.
- Be proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash.
- Have a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management.
- Have good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as energy transition technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storage.
- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.
- Have a project‑management certification from an accredited institute (e.g., PMP, IPMA).
