Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Leading cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
• Risk & Compliance: Proactively identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans. Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all project activities.
• Customer Interface: Acting as point of contact for the Customer, managing relationships, and resolving operational issues efficiently.
• Change Management: Identifying and executing project variations and change orders, negotiating directly with Customer leadership to maximize value.
• Financial Performance: Owning project financials, driving strong outcomes across cost, margin, and cash flow. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a Project Manager role.
• Proficiency in global PM standards to prove expertise in project management principles and processes.
• Good team player with strong communication skills, fluent in English and Italian.
• Ability to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.
