Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a


PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER - PROJECT STAFF

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.


We offer: an initial 12 months temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry, RAL 40.000€ - 43.000€.

Roles and Responsibilities


The candidate will be responsible to manage collection, update, monitoring of metrics of key initiatives relevant to CPS team, monitoring operations and driving improvements in terms of processes, tools and alignment between other functions, regions and HQ. The candidate is expected to work closely with Product Leadership and Sales.

Specifically, it will deal with:


  • ensure consistent collection of CPS budgeting from Strategic DTI, NPD investments and consultancies spending and Global workload monitoring;
  • drive an operating rhythm with CPS Team as appropriate to update and monitor initiatives and opportunities at product line level and provide aggregate global perspective;
  • CPS PMO will collect, update and monitor NPD, program and initiatives KPIs, to ensure they are on time on budget, and revert back to product line leaders for actions;
  • CPS PMO will support projects and NPD prioritization, KPI monitoring, also supporting the capital allocation process for new investments and LRP;
  • tools: assess and improve existing tools needed to support strategic DTIs initiatives liaising also with Engineering team.


Requirements:


  • Have a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering related fields;
  • demonstrate experience with program management or project management;
  • demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, and stakeholders;
  • be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions;
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English;
  • have experience in program/project management and managing external delivery partners;
  • able to work on common IT tools and softwares;
  • english: must have.
