Job description:


Reports to : PM Leader Europe


The ideal candidate will support the following activities:

  • Oversee and coordinate execution of the projects assigned by the PM Director Italy or the PM Regional Leader: to set deadlines, to assign responsibilities and to monitor and summarize progress.
  • Work as the Customer primary point of contact for the assigned project, ensuring Customer requirements are clear and providing needed information (supply chain, industrialization, R&D, regulatory, etc) and samples (formula & packaging) to answer briefs, in cooperation with the Sales Manager.
  • Work with R&D for sampling request related to project execution and to keep track on the sampling, pushing the client for feedback. To monitor project timeline from the brief to the launch and to alert the PM Director Italy or the PM Regional Leader and Sales Manager in case of delays or any issues.
  • Monitor costs during project development and to highlight to sales manager if any discrepancy versus initial offer.
  • Coordinate company functions involved in the project execution with the aim to deliver product and assigned tasks as per project scope and deadlines.
  • Interface regularly with the customer and with internal functions during the whole process of the project management.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of Projects.
  • Regularly update Projects Pipeline with latest status of project developments.
  • Work with R&D, Industrialization and operations to discover and prevent constraints in manufacturing.
  • Work with R&D and Industrialization to ensure proper development of formula and packaging and regulatory compliance of product proposed to the customer.
  • Work with supply chain to define timeline and ensure timely execution of materials ordering and product manufacturing.
  • Work with Industrialization and production to define filling and packing process and related equipment requirements.
  • Work proactively with other departments to identify potential risk and to identify alternative solutions.
  • Collect and provide required info to create product manufacturing Instructions.
  • Support other PM in operational activities if needed
  • Coordinate the distribution of FP launch samples to all involved people in the sales office
  • Coordinate and organize office supplies


Required skills:

- Degree in Languages

- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be a plus

Type of contract: Full-time, Internship, 6 months
