We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support the Project Management team in the daily planning, monitoring, and coordination of ongoing projects.
This internship offers a valuable learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing complex projects within an international and structured business environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities
- Assist in monitoring timelines, costs, and project progress
- Contribute to the preparation of project status reports and internal presentations
- Help collect and analyze data related to budgets, KPIs, and project risks
- Support coordination among internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Attend project meetings (kick-off, progress, closing) and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with document management and updating project tracking tools
- Contribute to change management initiatives and continuous process improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress or recently completed in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Strong interest in Project Management and business organization
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken English
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Team-working attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
- Basic understanding of budgeting or data analysis
- Academic or extracurricular experience involving structured teamwork or project activities
