• Coordinate project activities to achieve overall results in terms of profit, safety, schedule, and quality.
• Manage a project team to achieve goals and represent the company towards clients.
• Ensure the execution of assigned projects from design phase to procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Guarantee contract compliance, risk management, and financial aspects in line with targets, deadlines, quality, and safety levels.
• Manage contract variations and claims with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Foster relationships with clients and partners during contract execution to ensure efficient fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
