Senior Project Manager – Project Management Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development process and launch innovative products for our Industry & Energy Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality, while maintaining profit & loss accountability.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in strategic discussions about the future of the business and provide insights to senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain the yearly plan for the function as part of the unit’s strategic framework.
• Present project plans, technical roadmaps, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior business leaders and partner technical teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with important business‑unit clients.
• Lead complex processes that involve many stakeholders, both internally and at client sites.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Several years of experience in project leadership.
• Strong ability to engage with stakeholders from management to executive levels.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• EU passport and fluency in English.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
