Project Management

The program manager is the responsible of development project up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply-chain, and sales

Your Mission

As Program Manager, your missions will be :

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

Stakeholder Management

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation
• Conduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (eg. Sciforma)

Budget and Resource Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
• Develop regular outlook in compliance with company policy
• Secure the respect of the development full-life cost

Quality Control and Assurance

• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, aligning with stakeholders
• Secure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitions
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for an efficient project management
• Secure the development and introduction of new best practices in program management through digitalization, new tools and by growing transversally across different platform

Your Profile

• With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
• Proven track record in project or program management and a strong foundation in product development;
• Ladership, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel in time management and can navigate complex, fast-paced environments with ease;
• You bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving, demonstrating adaptability in the face of ambiguity and shifting priorities;
• Comfortable managing multiple projects across different sites and platforms, you are also open to travel as needed;
• You are proficient in project management tools (preferably Sciforma) and have strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI. Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate is a plus.
