YOU ACT

• Management of shipments for transport activities in compliance with contractual requirements, order objectives, national and international regulations, relating to shipments, customs and relevant insurance;
• Preparation and control of documents relating to the negotiation of letters of credit;
• Management of accompanying documentation and goods storage.

YOU KNOW

• Good negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of national and international regulations in the sector (INCOTERMS, etc.);
• Knowledge of applicable accounting and tax rules;
• Very good English language skills;
• Basic knowledge of the product; Operational knowledge of IT tools dedicated to planning and management of the order (e.g. SAP).
• Accuracy, good work organization and flexibility;
• Goal-oriented;
• Collaborative and team working approach.
