Senior Project Leader

for our Helmets Research & Development Department. This role involves managing the design and development of personal protective equipment from technical, economical, and timing perspectives. Join us to be part of a stimulating and innovative environment.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO:

• Manage and supervise assigned projects from initial requirements to final delivery, ensuring compliance with technical and functional objectives.
• Plan and control project timing, costs, and quality, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate company resources involved in the project (laboratories, technical offices, simulation, mechanical design, etc.), optimizing their use for effective and efficient development processes.

WE'D LOVE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF:

• You hold a Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Product Engineering.
• You have at least 8 years of work experience in structured environments.
• You are accurate, precise, and possess a problem-solving attitude.
• You have a result-oriented approach and strong analytical capabilities.
• You are fluent in English (B2 / C1 level).
• You demonstrate excellent teamwork, training, and communication skills.

Availability for business trips is required. A motorcycle driving license “A” is a plus.
