Job Description:

Responsible for the full Building Services scope (electrical, HVAC, firefighting) in terms of cost, quality, and time:

• Providing professional guidance on different project functions within the project scope, leading a team of 2-3 system engineers
• Coordination and provision of Concept and Basic Engineering considering internal and external interfaces
• Preparation of technical specifications for Building Services systems
• Supplier selection, timely purchase orders, and expediting during detailed engineering, including documentation management and inspections
• Coordination of construction works to ensure proper integration of the plant, checking interfaces for each lot

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong process and product knowledge
• Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree relevant to Building Services
• Fluency in English
• Strong planning, team leadership, and communication skills
• Experience dealing with suppliers, procuring complex systems, and managing multidisciplinary project teams
