Project Lead

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as part of our Digital Engineering department. In this role, you will lead global solution delivery, support digital adoption, and contribute to building the organization’s digital capabilities through cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in monitoring projects, driving improvements, and ensuring that digital initiatives align with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global solution delivery and drive adoption of digital initiatives in line with digital pillar standards, collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Monitor project status and support team activities, including meetings, PDCA cycles, and other operational processes.
• Provide expertise in data analytics, data acquisition, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support global Digital Transformation initiatives to identify productivity and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in creating high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, proposals) aligned with business growth objectives and portfolio strategy.
• Promote continuous improvement and digital capability development across departments through analytics and digital optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards to maintain solution quality and organizational standards.
• Align with the OEM Digital Roadmap and ensure timely readiness of all required enablers, proactively following up with stakeholders.
• Effectively manage internal communications and organize team interactions.
• Monitor and manage KPIs within the Digital Engineering department and oversee Knowledge Management for efficient knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
• 2–3 years of experience in a business-related role; preferred background in Business Intelligence or Digital Transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Project Management certification is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in data interpretation and insights generation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Confluence (Atlassian).
• Knowledge or experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and AI technologies.
