Project Lead for Digital Engineering team
Scope
Lead global solution delivery and support adoption, in alignment with digital pillar standards and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Support the organization in monitoring projects status and in leading team activities such as team meetings, PDCA, and others.
Support organization digital capabilities building via cross‑functional collaborations. Monitor and report on vital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Digital Engineering department, with a particular focus on Digital Programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and experience in data analytics and data acquisition
- Support global Digital Transformation initiatives to identify productivity opportunities
- Support in creating high‑quality deliverables (presentations, reports, proposals) aligned with business growth objectives and portfolio.
- Develop capabilities and promote continuous improvement of culture by leveraging digital optimization initiatives and analytics across all departments.
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance with solutions and services.
- Align with the OEM Digital Roadmap and ensure timely readiness of all required enablers, proactively following up on action items with different stakeholders.
- Effectively manage internal communication, including organizing meetings.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Digital Engineering department. Oversee the Knowledge Management space to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and utilization.
Job Requirements
- Experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a business‑related position. Preferred: Business Intelligence or Digital background.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau or Power BI, and Project Management Certification are considered a plus.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with data understanding and interpretation.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Experience with Confluence (Atlassian).
- Additional asset – understanding tobacco (or any other) production processes.
- Experience or understanding of Industry 4.0 and AI.
