Project Finance Analyst - Treasury Officer

Role Overview Project Finance Analyst – Treasury Officer to join the M Renewables team in Italy at the Milan office.

Responsibilities

Preparing presentations, information memorandums, bank teasers and reports addressed to banks for project financing transactions.

Managing finance documents, compliance reports, undertakings reporting and waiver processes.

Handling complex financial models to analyze debt funding and returns.

Evaluating bankability aspects of project documents (EPC, O&M, PPA) and providing support with quantitative analytical analysis.

Selecting specialized advisors and coordinating due diligence.

Managing the shipping execution including financial close processes, CPs satisfaction and drawdowns reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; a master’s degree in a related field is an asset.

1 to 2 years of proven experience in banks, advisory firms or large organizations with similar responsibilities.

Good knowledge of project financing documentation, due diligence and financial close process.

Knowledge of legal and accounting principles of non‑recourse financing.

Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Italian and English.
