Project Engineer – Hitachi Rail
Ricerca di un Project Engineer entusiasta, autonomo, con esperienza nel settore ferroviario o in ambienti industriali complessi. Posizione presso Pistoia o Napoli – IT.
Responsabilità
Plan, monitor and coordinate engineering activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from bid phase to final delivery, including product design, verification and validation.
Coordinate project teams across different engineering disciplines to ensure compliance with input requirements, applicable regulation and standards, and assigned budget, schedule, and quality targets.
Prepare project documentation (both during bid and execution phase), including technical proposals, engineering plans, design review reports, etc.
During bid phase, prepare and maintain the Product Data Sheet (PDS), to allow the Quotation Manager to collect and consolidate the industrial product cost to be provided to the Bid Manager.
Ensure the submission of System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) for supplier engagement.
Supported by the Requirements Engineer, ensure requirements management throughout the entire project lifecycle, by properly maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), duly tracing requirements compliance, alongside verification and validation evidences.
Act as the primary technical interface with the customer, ensuring the collection & delivery of project documentation (duly prepared and verified by relevant WPLs).
Manage and conduct design reviews (both internal and with customers) for the assigned bid/project, under the supervision of relevant line manager.
Monitor and report project progress and performances, as well as technical risks and opportunities, sharing them with the Project Manager and promptly escalating when necessary.
Manage and track project KPI and open items by means of defined templates/dashboards.
Effectively liaise with other departments (Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Industrialization, Quality, Certification & Safety, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of the assigned bid/project.
Assess the technical impact of customer changes/VOs and support the change process.
Manage non-conformances in line with internal processes and procedures.
Ensure the submission of all relevant manuals, documentation, & training to the customer.
Supported by the Certification Manager and the Project Validation Manager, define the certification strategy and the validation strategy of the project.
Coordinate testing activities with relevant departments to ensure appropriate verification and validation.
Support the homologation phase by actively coordinating the preparation of the documentation required for vehicle approval.
Ensure that engineering changes, project requirements, and project configuration are properly managed throughout the project lifecycle, in compliance with company processes.
Requisiti richiesti
3‑5 anni di esperienza nel settore ferroviario o in ambienti industriali complessi.
Buona conoscenza delle principali normative e standard ferroviari.
Buona conoscenza dello strumento IBM DOORS per la gestione dei requisiti.
Buona conoscenza di processi di ingegneria e operazioni ferroviarie.
Buona conoscenza della sistemica di ingegneria e disciplina di gestione dei requisiti.
Buona conoscenza dei principi e dei processi RAMS.
Buona conoscenza delle metodologie di verifica e validazione del design.
Buona conoscenza delle principali architetture e funzioni veicolari.
Buona conoscenza dei disciplini di ingegneria elettrica, elettronica e meccanica.
Buona conoscenza di software di automazione office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ecc.).
Capacità di coordinare team funzionali multipli in diverse discipline ingegneristiche durante cicli di vita di progetti complessi.
Capacità di lavorare in modo efficace in un ambiente internazionale e multiculturale.
Forti capacità organizzative, abilità di lavoro di squadra, problem‑solving e orientamento ai risultati.
Capacità di interagire con stakeholder interni ed esterni (incluse fornitori, partner, clienti).
Capacità di lavorare all’interno di team di progetto con supervisione minima.
Disponibilità a viaggi di lavoro nazionali e internazionali a breve termine.
Competenze desiderate
Conoscenza di software di design meccanico ed elettrico (AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, ecc.).
Facile apprendista con forte volontà di tenersi aggiornato sugli sviluppi tecnologici.
Buon acume commerciale combinato a solide competenze tecniche.
Buone competenze comunicative e relazionali.
Formazione Master in Ingegneria (Elettrica, Elettronica, Meccanica o equivalente).
Lingue Conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2).
Retribuzione Retribuzione annua lorda tra 36.000 € e 46.000 €.
