LTH-Baas is Hiring – Project Engineer (Piping, HVAC, Hull)

Location: Genoa, Italy (with availability for international travel)

Contract: Full-time

Start Date: As soon as available

LTH-Baas, international leader in shipbuilding and marine engineering, is looking for a versatile and motivated Project Engineer to join our Genoa-based team. The ideal candidate will also be available to take on Project Manager responsibilities on-site for international projects.

What you’ll do:

✔ Support engineering and technical design for piping, HVAC systems and hull structures

✔ Assist Project Managers with project planning and coordination

✔ Act as Site Project Manager during the execution phase abroad

✔ Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

✔ Prepare technical documentation and monitor project progress

Requirements:

Engineering degree or equivalent technical background

Experience in piping and/or HVAC (marine/offshore sector is a plus)

Fluent in Italian and English

✈️ Willingness to travel internationally

Skilled in CAD and project planning tools
