Overview

Join our innovative Upgrade Project Engineering team. Our IET team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Working on large scale projects with cutting‑edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Engineering execution of projects in terms of scope of supply, on‑time delivery, quality, compliance and completeness.
  • Break down the project into manageable elements that can be effectively integrated in the company systems, generating the project baselines.
  • Engineering design activities, technical decisions and risk management.
  • Lead technical meetings with the customer (kick‑off, coordination review, HAZOP, close‑out, etc.) and lead site survey when required.
  • Coordinate with the site team to optimize design, specification and project configuration for installability and maintainability.

Qualifications

  • Have successfully completed studies in Engineering, Physics or demonstrate equivalent expertise gained as a Project Engineer.
  • Have good knowledge of industrial & energy products, turbines, centrifugal compressors and other rotating machinery, including related production process.
  • Have a knowledge of project management: planning, resource allocation and budget management.
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Be able to identify and solve complex problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Have knowledge of technical regulation & standards (TR&S) requirements, especially for EU application.
  • Have proven experience in design/system/project engineering, with technical aptitude and a system integration mindset.
  • Be passionate about technical deep dives, professionally curious.
  • Have good communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English.
