Project Engineer – Customer Upgrades (d/f/m)

Working on large‑scale projects with cutting‑edge technology, you will help increase efficiency and innovate continuously.
Responsibilities
- Engineering execution of projects in terms of scope, on‑time delivery, quality, compliance, and completeness.
- Break down the project into manageable elements and integrate them into the company systems, generating project baselines.
- Conduct engineering design activities, make technical decisions, and manage risks.
- Lead technical meetings with the customer (kick‑off, coordination review, HAZOP, close‑out) and conduct site surveys when required.
- Coordinate with the site team to optimize design, specification, and project configuration for installability and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent professional experience as a Project Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and energy products, turbines, centrifugal compressors, and related production processes.
- Understanding of project management concepts: planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Technical Regulation & Standard (TR&S) requirements, especially for EU applications.
- Proven experience in design, system, and project engineering with a technical aptitude and system integration mindset.
- Passion for technical deep dives and professional curiosity.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
