Project Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supervising industrial engineering projects from initial concept phase through to final completion.
  • Defining technical specifications and ensuring project feasibility.
  • Managing resources, timelines, budgets, and monitoring project progress.
  • Resolving technical issues during implementation.
  • Translating complex technical requirements into concrete action plans.
  • Leading project update meetings, reviewing technical documentation, preparing reports and presentations.
  • Supporting inspections in production sites and at suppliers.
  • Driving implementation of technological innovation projects and introducing new technologies into production processes.
  • Optimising production processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with IT tools and production processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong technical knowledge of production processes, design and optimisation, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and data analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in comparable environments.
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or related fields).
  • Demonstrates adaptability, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset, end‑to‑end thinking, ownership of results.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced evolving environment.
  • Strong cross‑functional skills including leadership, problem‑solving, communication, time management, adaptability, negotiation and the ability to work under pressure.
