Project Director

We are currently looking for a Project Director to join our EPC team as part of the Renewable Division.

Your Role Will Encompass

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence.
• Overseeing procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering. MSc is considered an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale renewable energy projects, with deep understanding of the EPC process.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Project.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
