Project Director Opportunity

SICIM, a leading international construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee one of our upcoming projects abroad.

About the Role :

The Project Director will report directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Project Planning and Execution : Develop and implement project plans, manage project schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Budgeting and Cost Control : Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project success.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will need :

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and timeliness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
