Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Director with a team‑player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy. The Director will support active projects in Italy in construction and commissioning activities.

Responsibility / Duties

• Overall responsibility for Enfinity Global’s construction operations in Europe, with a main focus on Italy.
• Leadership in supporting the Business Development team in opening up new technologies and countries, and supporting the Development team from the Single Authorization to the Notice to Proceed (NTP) phase.
• Oversight of planning, scheduling and execution of solar/BESS EPC projects in Italy, ensuring project goals are met and maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing project costs, analyzing variances and taking corrective actions to stay within budgetary limits.
• Leadership of the construction team (Project Managers and Site Supervisors), providing support, guidance and mentoring.
• Development and implementation of new strategies to reduce construction costs in the Italian portfolio.
• Ensuring high‑quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

Key Requirements

• Engineering degree (preferable).
• Proven experience in managing business operations and overseeing EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
