Project Development Manager

​The Green Recruitment Company partnered with a leading BESS platform with around 1 GW of projects to work in their Italian office. The Development Manager will be in charge of the technical business development of the solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy.Responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end project development activities for Solar PV and Onshore Wind Greenfield projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to identify suitable project sites and assess their potential.Coordination and liaison with stakeholders.Budget compliance and deviation control.Supervising contracts along with risk management, quality assurance and document and cost control.Arrange site visits and meetings whilst delivering excellent community engagement at each stage of a project.Qualifications3+ years of relevant experience working in the business development of onshore projects.Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.A willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team, whilst fostering a positive working environment for all members.Fluency in English and Italian and availability to travel is a requirement.Discipline(s): Renewable Energy, OEM and Engineering, Grid and StorageJob type: Permanent
