YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, project management, or a related field
- Experience in financial modeling, budget analysis, and project feasibility assessments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Good time management and task prioritization skills
- Financial experience in tracking expenses and preparing budget reports
- Negotiation, business acumen, and strategic thinking
- High motivation, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgeting, and scheduling
- English mandatory; knowledge of German/French is a plus
- Understanding of biogas production processes and feedstock management
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In close cooperation with the department manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and overseeing project activities to ensure completion on time and within budget
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Handling the permitting process, ensuring all necessary environmental, safety, and planning approvals are obtained timely
- Communicating project updates and milestones effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including permits, contracts, and agreements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, landowners, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with the company's strategic goals in renewable energy
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Tracking expenses and preparing budget reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Addressing and resolving issues during project development, identifying risks
