In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of solar and battery projects from late development through construction and handover to operations. You will work closely with the Business Development unit, cross-functional teams, and external partners to meet safety, quality, time and cost targets. The position sits within a global renewable energy leader expanding solar and BESS capacity, offering impact through scalable projects and international collaboration. A strong focus is on grid integration, EPC execution, and delivering projects that align with company goals and standards. This is a hands‑on role with stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement at its core.

• End-to-end project execution from development handover to O&M handover (on-site and in-office)
• Coordinate project phases using PM best practices while ensuring safety, environment and quality standards
• Coach and guide project team members to achieve objectives
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to approved parameters
• Provide construction reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with permits and contracts throughout the project
• Facilitate project handover from construction to operations
• Address stakeholder issues and capture lessons learned

Responsabilità

• 5+ years of project management experience in Renewable Energy (engineering and construction)
• Proven experience in project development, design review, CAPEX analysis, and construction-phase engineering management
• Strong knowledge of PV and BESS technologies, grid integration, and EPC project execution
• Experience managing utility‑scale renewable energy construction (>50 MW)
• Experience working with co‑developers, EPC contractors, and international project teams
• Budget understanding and design-to-cost focus (CAPEX and OPEX)
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel domestically and be on-site as needed
• Knowledge of Grid Connection processes
• PMP certification is advantageous
